What if my order is late?

Orders typically take 72 hours from arrival at our Johannesburg warehouse. Firstly check that you have filled in and submitted an order form. You should receive a confirmation email from our logistics partner within 24 hours of delivery in Johannesburg. You can then track your parcel by contacting us.

What if I want to return my order?
